Owner and Senior Writer & Editor Natalie MacLellan is a Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW) with the Professional Association of Resume Writers and Career Coaches and a Certified Resume Specialist: Military-to-Civilian Transitions (CRS-MCT) and a Certified Employment Interview Consultant (CEIC) through Career Directors International. She is also a Certified Career Strategist (CRS), through Career Professionals of Canada.

Natalie has more than 20 years' experience as a writer and editor, working in public, private, and not-for-profit settings. She has frequently led or participated on hiring teams: scanning and ranking resumes, conducting interviews, and hiring staff.
